At Raymer Spine and Sport, there are no long-term treatment plans, no contracts that cost thousands of dollars for a package of visits, simply individualized care that fit your needs and goals. We evaluate and treat each patient according to the needs of the condition and of the patient. We are a "come as needed" office. We try to do our best to be as up front and honest about your injury as possible, and how we can help. No sales pitch, no contract. We hope we can guide you through the process of getting rid of your aches, pains, and injuries as fast as possible. We are not a high-volume adjustment office; we take time to evaluate, assess, and treat each patient. Can you get a "quick adjustment"? Absolutely!! That may not be for everyone, though.
Raymer Sport & Spine provides the highest quality in patient care by using an integrative, proven approach of multiple disciplines: chiropractic, manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, strength training & exercise. The focus of this multifaceted model is to create rehabilitation programs that eliminate, enhance athletic performance, and improve personal wellness.
Our goal for each patient is to help them exceed their personal goals related to health, fitness, and sport. Through proper treatment and education, we are able to help our athletes resume their training regimen and get back on track to achieve their goals.
We devote ourselves to identifying the repetitive movements and postural abnormalities that cause pain and discomfort by performing detailed evaluations. This allows us to develop our customized treatment plans to meet the needs of our patients and alleviate their ailing symptoms.
Most injuries involve muscle or joint pain and require some level of exercise to build strength. We will make sure you are doing the most appropriate exercises for your situation and your level of ability. By clearly educating each patient on why they are performing their prescribed exercises or stretches, the focus becomes about patient empowerment and providing them with a sense of what they can do for themselves to keep pain from returning.
Regardless of the number of treatments you receive, the goal remains the same – to make a lasting change in your body through posture and movement re-education.
The clinicians at Raymer Spine & Sport are here to help you return optimum function after any injury. From sports related injuries to low back pain, our clinicians have the skill sets in chiropractic & injury rehabilitation to help you feel and perform at your best.
At the initial visit, our clinicians will take each patient through a detailed movement assessment. Through the assessment, both the clinician and the patient have an opportunity to uncover causes of symptomatology.
After an assessment, a personalized plan of action, or treatment plan, will be discussed and executed based on your needs in order to start you on your path to getting better. Our clinicians have experience and education in the most cutting edge and evidence based forms of clinical practice to date.
Perhaps the most important part of getting patients well is getting them involved in the process. We do this by giving each patient tangible and effective exercises and movement strategies to help accelerate the healing process and keep you well for the long term.
Form and function of the human body varies widely from individual to individual, so should treatment. That’s why we believe in the constant pursuit of knowledge and education in a variety of modalities to help our patients
Dr. Raymer will help athletes returning from an injury with different strength and rehab exercises for each condition treated. Utilizing different approaches to strengthen areas needed
We utilize this assessment and treatment system for nearly every patient who walks through our doors. By using a variety of movements and finding a “directional preference,” we can often make quick improvements on some very frustrating conditions.
